Morning it was lovely (just needed a little sweetener for next time as the mix of sharp nectarine and natural yogurt was a bit much at times..)

Am having tinned tomatoes simmered down and then poaching eggs in them with spinach and mushrooms oh and of course my 2 coffees ( hea )
