Sunday Brunch!

Syn free sausages and vegetable roll from the butcher, Bacon Medallions, Fried Egg, Mushrooms & Tomato. Potato cubes roasted in butter flavour fry light. Two slices of wholemeal toast and a big mug of tea to finish it off!
And not a syn in sight!! :cool:

Weetabix, milk, plum and apple :)
 
Mixed berries, plum, shape fat free yogurt.
 
I had fruit & fibre with a sliced banana and skimmed milk.
