Mini shredded wheat (HEB), shape ff yogurt and an apple.
 
Boiled eggs, mushrooms, cherry toms, apple, banana, orange & weetabix oaty bar.

35g Oats (HEx B) mixed with water & sweetner (mixed night before)
Fat Free Vanilla Yoghurt mixed with chopped apple, then combined with the Oats mix.
Topped with Apple, Apricot & Blueberries..

From the Extra Easy Booklet in your pack... sounded really nice, but wasn't all that to be honest! I used an Aldi yogurt, bit watery... probably would be better with Vanilla Mullerlight.

Overnight oats with shape ff yogurt and mixed berries.
 
Coconut mullerlight, strawberries, cranberry green tea
