Porridge made with water (HEB), blueberries, cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey (1 syn)
 
Porridge made with water, blueberries and 2 tspn of honey (2 syns). The cinnamon made it taste a bit weird yesterday and there definitely wasn't enough honey. Today it was just right :)
 
Quorn sausage, 2 eggs, beans and tomatoes - love slimming worldsbreakfasts

Porridge (HEB) made with water and a banana. Left the honey at home but it kind of needed it.
 
Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries topped with Brooklea Lemon Greek style yogurt and 30g Special K granola with dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and almonds (HExB).

Syn free too :D
 
I had an apple early morning and just had a gorgeous brunch of 2 Linda McCartney Rosemary and Red Onion sausages, 2 scrambled eggs, mushrooms and beans.
 
Shape ff yogurt, bran flakes (HEB) and an apple.
