Whats for breakfast???

I'm not a big breakfast eater because it makes me hungry all day however I do eat something even if it's just a piece of toast or an apple or 1 weetabix because I find it jump starts my metabolism before I used to skip breakfast I wasn't loosing very well and I've seen a difference in my weight loss :)
 
Porridge, 50g oats with 120ml skimmed milk, 240ml water and a bit of sweetener and cinnamon - 224 calories and yummy!
 
30g coco pops with milk - 175 calories x
 
I had one small slice wholemeal bread with mushrooms, tomatoes and and egg :) nom nom 220cals x
