I'm fasting today. Breakfast is going to be porridge made up with 25g oats, 5g chia seeds, 100ml almond milk and some cinnamon. Plus a can of Monster Zero {133cals}.
 
Tesco tropical fruit mix (kiwi fruit, mango, pineapple and grapes) plus a can of Monster Zero {157cals}
