Toasted wholemeal muffin (HexB + 1.5 syns), 'fried' eggs, roasted tomatoes and healthy living cumberland pork sausages (2 syns)

I had a huge three egg omelette for brunch after swimming. It had bacon, mushrooms, green peppers, red onion, tomatoes and cheese. Yummy!!

Thank you, and super simple.....

Skin two low fat sausages, and squash them into a patty shape, I do it between clingfilm, fry in frylight, and fry the egg alongside in a ring.

Toast the muffin and put together with a slice of low fat cheese and tomato ketchup.
 
A Weight Watchers wholemeal pitta (B) stuffed with bacon, mushrooms and cheese (A).
 
Weigh day brunch of ham, cheese and beans on wholemeal toast, using up all my red/original healthy extras!
