What's for Lunch Today?

ooo sounds yummy! I had beef curry last night but was round someone elses house so didnt feel like I could take some! lol.
I'm having some new potatoes, salad and some left over tinned salmon. Then for afters I've got some sw spiced egg custard chilling in the fridge as we speak :)
sw spiced custard?! I'm intrigued! Whats that?! I'm starting to think a chicken salad too as on a Red day..yummy!
It's in the sw 100 delicious deserts book. Serves 2.......

2 large eggs
5oz fat free fromage frais
a few drops of vamila essence
2 tblsp of sweetener
nutmeg to taste

Mix everything together and pop mixture into ramekin dishes. Put in a roasting tin, and fill tin half way up ramekin dishes with boiling water. Pop in 180/gas 4 oven for 20-30 mins until set. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

They smell nice, will let you know what they taste like later.
oooo, a bit like a creme brulee then but without the sugar on top! They sound lovely!! Thanks for the recipe, look forward to hearing how they taste!
