whats for lunch

Brunch. 2 eggs, 2 toms, mushrooms, 3 little tinned potatoes all cooked in frylight. 3 toast.
 
Oat biscuits (HEB & 2 syns) with fat free greek yogurt, banana and raspberries.
 
Salmon with roasted mushrooms, delicious!
 
Jacket potato with mushy peas and mint sauce (I think this is a Nottingham thing but it is amazing!) with chunks of lean gammon.
 
First day back on plan today and made a bit of a concoction for lunch:
Sliced Quorn fillets, chopped onion, pepper and celery, mixed with 1tbsp BBQ sauce (1 syn) and served in an egg wrap. It was a bit messy but tasty and filling
 
I had quick chicken noodle soup from the little book of soups but added chestnut mushrooms, peas and sweetcorn to try to bump it up in veggies.
 
Today I had vegetable chilli with a jacket potato, 3 light laughing cow blue cheese triangles (half HEXA) and a blob of extra light mayo
 
Chicken, roasted garlic tomatoes and cucumber
