Quorn peppered steak and lots of mixed frozen veg! Haven't got my head round things yet so making do with what I've got in!

I didn't have time to cook tonight, so mine was a calorie counted, less than 5% fat ready meal. It was chilli and rice and it wasn't up to much. Its also made me incredibly thirsty!!!

Tonight I will be having cajun chicken with peppers, onions and mushrooms on a bed of wilted spinach and boiled rice. Yum, Yum!!!

I have got chicken fajatas. off the the cinema tonight with the Oh so need something quick!
