Hi hun. Have you tried fizzy water? The thought of it did turn my tummy BUT I went out and brought some and have it all the time now. I Love it! No more diet cokes for me from now on. At night time watching telly I have it in a wine glass and sip. Sounds mad but it really keeps me way from the wine.

    Give it a whirl, hun.

    Woofy X

I have fizzy water too, just on its own or with sugar free squash. Check the carbs as they do have a very little in some of them, but I have found robinsons lemon, orange and pineapple and tesco mexican lime (not the cordial). Occasionally tesco SF ginger beer.
I believe sainsburys fizzy pop is also quite good.
