whats the best??

    I try to have a "treat" on the weekend and was thinking if I had a chinese chowmain how much damage would that do and which plan would it be best on, i.e green, EE etc xxxxx

    Depends what you like to eat. My "treats" are normally a jarred curry with slimming world chips and rice!

    I assume some of the 7 syns on green is due to the chicken (it won't assume you're using the chicken as a healthy extra) so I would say that it's probably lower in syns if you were on an EE day (both meat and veg are free).

    That's what I thought too! Maybe I can go to the chinese more often that I thought...
