U have free foods on sf that u can eat as much as u need to feel satisfied, no counting, measuring, weighing free foods but u have to point the things not on the list out of ur weeklies!
I do sf sometimes 5 days a wk, it's a really easy plan and u r eating healthy food! Which i don't when I have a pp day!
There is a sticky at the top of the sf thread explaining it all, worth a try! I've lost 30lb in 14 wks doing sf the majority of the wk!
