What's your favourite exercise class?

    I must admit to being bores dtupid in the gym on the machines and weights, and only really enjoy the classes. Step aerobics is my favourite class, but I also do aqua aerobics, Zumba, body conditioning, and sometimes spinning, (tbh I don't really enjoy that, prefer cycling outside when it's warm but it burns up mega amounts of calories) Body Attack and Body Pump.

    What classes do you do and why?

    faves are:
    body attack
    body combat
    body pump
    zumba (depending on the instructor)

    i do spinning too, its not a fave of mine- if the seat was comfy i wouldnt mind!
    step areobics is good too, but it all depends on the instructor. only 2 out of the 3 instructors at the gym i go to are good, the other instructor dosent let you get a drink when you need one and if you do she tries to make you do press ups as a punishment, i walked out of her class, drinking my water and leaving the step and the blocks for her to move afterwards

    its not right i know that, if your thirsty your thirsty. you need the water.

    another thing i dont like about her too, if youve been to more than one of her classes she expects you do it perfect everytime. she said once to a guy there "paul, i dont care if you have another heart attack- WORK HARDER!!!" that was shocking, couldnt believe what i heard from her.

    the rest of the step instructors are lovely though, they push you but you can go at your own pace, drink when you need one, and its enjoyable :) if i hadnt been to the other instructors first and gone to the dodgy one id have been put off it alltogether

    im bored stupid on gym equipment too :p
