Whats your hardest day?

Hi everyone.

I have stopped and started this diet so many times now, but i find every time i get to day 3 of ssing i find it nearly impossible. The first two days are ok, come day 3 and its hell, day four is pretty bad too. Does anyone else find this? The strangest thing is i am often in ketosis by day 3.............

The main reason is that the first two days you still have food in your tummy from the day before you started as it takes around 48 hours for the food to be processed so in theory you aren't really hungry for the first two days like you are the third, you then aren't really full into ketosis until about day 5 which is why you have a tough few days.

All I can say is drink the water, get busy and punch through as it will so be worth it!

My worst days were 2 and 3, i was soooooo hungry. People can't believe me now when i say i'm not hungry at all. Ketosis is fab :D

Stick with it, if you know you feel better by day 5, keep that focus in your mind when things get tough. And like icemoose says keep glugging the water! :)
2 and 3 were horrendous for me, I just wanted to give up completely.

The only thing for it was to take to bed, and lie down and snuggle up, watch some telly, doze, flick through a mag, and just let time pass.

If your day 3 is a weekend all the better, I had to have a day off sick from work :(

I can do this.
Hi.. i know how u feel, i was doing well until the weekend when i ate, now i'm finding it really tough to get back into it. It's day 3 for me adn i was so hungry i've ate again, i could kick myself.
It was day 5 for me, felt tired and hungry. Still get moments but have so far managed to grit my teeth and get through them.
