What's your losses like on CC? Pleazeee

I have lost almost 5 stones since 4th Jan....but it all depends how big you are/how many caloires you burn/how many you eat etc.....have a look at your BMR then 500 less and exersice and you should lose 2lbs per week. I try to eat 1500 calories per day or less :)
 
I eat 1270 cals a day and see the weight steadily moving off my body.... I find that measuring out 50g of cheap value tesco porridge oats, and adding 300mls of hot water gives me 180cals it seems to fill me right up in the morning and I tend to find I don't feel too hungry all day, I also eat tescos chunky chicken which is £1.74 and is 300cals in the whole pack, I have this as i know it has a high protein count and little fat. I base meals around these two products. I look at my 1270 calories as money i can spend on food, It keeps me focused good luck, dont go below 1200 and also its a good idea to take a good prbiotic multivit
