i have ww bread salad stuff always have ww meals in freezer incase im in a rush also ww yogurts.lots of fresh fruit.Good luck with it, im really enjoying ww.

I started last week got my first weigh in tomorrow. I have ww bread and light philidelphia for brekky with lots of fruit
Ww tinned soup,ww crisps an ww yogurts for lunch but french fries,quavers an squares are also low in points,
Ww spag bol is lovely i had that tonight (micro meal) the hot n spicy pizza is nice for a treat too with lots of salad.
Stock up on curlywurlys if u like a chocolate fix i freeze them an suck the chocolate that way it lasts longer an u feel u have eaten more chocolate for only 3points! Or a crunchie for 5!
Fruit fruit and more fruit as its free!!!!
Cucumber i cut into sticks,carrots an cherry tomatos to snack on too!!
Also ww garlic bread 2x baguettes in a pack 1 baguette 5pp they are nice! Pittas and wraps too.lean ham if u like sandwiches.

best thing i do is plan what your going to have for your week, do you meals breakfast, lunch and dinner and a pudding, snack! then from that list youll see what you need :) if you have the ww books and access to tesco or asda online you can pretty much work out the points from items on there using your calculator i also check whats on special offer before heading out to the shops :)

i agree with smirky, I find i am better if i plan ahead and know what is for dinner everyday .. it also saves me a fortune on the shopping..

Chicken breasts
Wafer thin ham
Fruit of every variety
WW cookies and crisps
WW bread

Once you get your head round it you'll start to know what you can and can't have the WW meals are lovely xx
