I started last week got my first weigh in tomorrow. I have ww bread and light philidelphia for brekky with lots of fruit
Ww tinned soup,ww crisps an ww yogurts for lunch but french fries,quavers an squares are also low in points,
Ww spag bol is lovely i had that tonight (micro meal) the hot n spicy pizza is nice for a treat too with lots of salad.
Stock up on curlywurlys if u like a chocolate fix i freeze them an suck the chocolate that way it lasts longer an u feel u have eaten more chocolate for only 3points! Or a crunchie for 5!
Fruit fruit and more fruit as its free!!!!
Cucumber i cut into sticks,carrots an cherry tomatos to snack on too!!
Also ww garlic bread 2x baguettes in a pack 1 baguette 5pp they are nice! Pittas and wraps too.lean ham if u like sandwiches.
