Slimming down the aisle
Just wondered what people's views on ketosis are. It's quite easy to keep yourself out of ketosis without actually damaging your losses, through zero calorie drinks that contain citric acid and things like that. Just wondered if anyone purposefully keeps themselves out of ketosis? I'm not sure whether I actually want to be in ketosis, I prefer not to be I think. But will probably see how I go with side effects.
