Wheat and rye rusks????

    Any idea about the syns in wheat and rye rusks???

    Ingredients: wheat flour(54%), whole meal wheat flour (22%), whole meal rye flour(10%), yeast, vegetable fat, dextrose, gluten, salt, malt flour, flour improver: ascorbic acid.

    Calories (per serving): 65 (3%)

    There's no free food in them so use the 1 syn per 20 cals rule. About 3 per serving
