When can you have the bars?

I'm on Day 3 of my restart and finding it OK but looking forward to having the bars but can't think which week I can have them?

you should be able to have the bars in your 3rd week
 
It's from week 3. MY cdc did actually let me take a couple in the 2nd week as i was struggling a bit with not liking the shakes :)
 
My CDC let me take three bars in my second week.....but she only gave me the peanut one and the cranberry one as she said these have about the same calories as a shake. loved the cranberry one but hated the peanut one! left a horrible taste in my mouth so wont be having them again!! Have you tried the husks to make porridge?? This is really nice in the toffee and walnut and vanilla shakes!! its another option for you!
