when can you start having the bars

having done LL before, you could have the bars from day 4, is it the same with cambridge please

I was told a week by my CDC, just had my first one today (day 7) and it was heaven compared to the LL ones so enjoy!

me too, i was told after two weeks of ssing then only one a day. Unfortunately whn i'm ssing i have to stay away from the bars coz they give me the munchies & i end up eating too many in one go
