I'm on day 13 and am SSing but having some allowed protein from the 790 plan too. I read on another thread someone asking about getting a ketosis high and when does this happen? I have to be honest and say I'm totally exhausted and lethargic and was wondering when you get high (!) or get your energy back.
Don't get me wrong - I'm happy with the diet, it's just I feel so dull. I used to exercise a lot but when I did some treadmill walking last week found I felt worse the next day. Any tips on how to get my sparkle back? I work from home and at the minute am not able to concentrate well because of it.
