Hi everyone
Was just wondering when you are best to do RTM?? Do you do it once at target weight or before? Do you still lose weight on rtm and if so how much? I have a few lbs over a stone to lose and reckon i should be at target in maybe 4 or 5 weeks. But am not sure if i would want to go much below my target weight. I have set myself a target of 10stone 7lbs but have never been that weight, and anything below 11st 4lbs is within the healthy weight range for my height so think if i go below my planned target i may look too thin??? (cant believe im actually saying those words in regards to myself!!)
