when to eat each sachet/bar??

Hi all

This is my first day so I am still feeling my way around the food and the site etc so forgive me if this is in the wrong place!!

Today I had a banana shake for lunch which I liked very much and a soup for tea and a bar for dinner

Now I liked the soup as it was hot and comforting so I am wondering if I should switch around the bar for the soup?

I go for a thirty minute run and thirty minute walk every night - so when I come back I need something that will sustain me for a few hours which I didn't really feel that the bar did although in honesty the soup only really lasted about an hour - can't decide what to do the bars look the most substantial but the soup was very comforting -

any ideas on how to mix up the foods to get max benefit and minimum hunger pangs till my ketosis fairy lands on my shoulder?

Hi billie b, I'm sorry I don't have the answer but everyone is different. It doesn't matter what order you have your meals. You will need to swap them around and try them out for yourself at different times.
I have between 4 and 6 hours between meals and at least 3L water plus coffee and peppermint tea. When you think you are hungry have a pint of water and if you are still hungry have a meal. Try having your bar in 2 halves one before your run/walk and the other after.
