I am totally new to LT and trying it after my brother had success losing 3 stone on it very quickly. I want to lose a stone and a half currently weighing 11 stone at 5'4. I'm in a predicament whether to start it Monday as next weekend we are going camping in Wales at the foot of snowdon so will be doing lots of walking so I think i'll need the calories for it, may have to start a week on Monday although I can't wait to get started. I know I'll find it hard but I am focused at the moment.... I will be visiting this forum loads though to spur me on when all I can think about it food!
