When to start.....

......toning up?
On week 2 now, have just started light excercise on my cross trainer. What i would like to know is, when do you think is the right time to start toning up?

From what others say, it's never too soon to start! Listen to your body and do whatever you can.

Personally I wouldn't push it. Wait till you have the energy. Start slow and build. If you feel really wrecked after it or weak then don't do it!
 
i think its ok to do what you feel comfortable with and just dont overdo it x
 
do crack on but take it easy initially.
