Hi... been on this site a few weeks now, and finding it difficult to see any threads/or forums where its NOT, either Cambridge, WeightWatchers, Xenical, Lipotrim, Lighter Life, etc etc., why is there no, just normal, diets, tips, forums, etc., sometimes I add a message here and there but I feel as if I dont belong, and cant find what I'm looking for ?

    thanks for any advice ?

Have you had a look at the Calorie counting bit on here? It's under 'other diet options'

You could also look on the weight watchers/slimming world/recipes sections.
I know you say those aren't the diets you are on but we're all here losing weight so alot of the talk in each section tends to help no matter what diet we're on.

Im on xenical but Im always wandering around in other sections for recipes and tips :)

    Hope that helps.

Hi Claire, and thanks very much I will take a look.. I think maybe its on the 'forum jump' then down ? OK, I'll go there, but, yes, I agree with you theres loads of good advice on most threads, but in some of them where its just, say, the very low calorie diets, where you have a shake, and keep to very strict ways, then I feel abit lost, as I dont really know about them and all the jargon, and if I have posted in them, I must sound abit out of my depth, when I dont mean to..

    thankyou.. best wishes
