Where can I find information about how the teams differ?

Shouldn't enought teams be available for everyone...?
My first day here...
I haven't been able to find out how to put on my avatar..or set up the tickers...
any advice appreciated !

Go up to the top of the page and click on tutorials and you will find the info you need. For a ticker, just click on the ticker link in someones post and it will take you to the website and take you thru setting one up. Welcome aboard! Pitch in! It's a really friendly board with lots of help and support. With the teams, just choose one with the name you fancy and go to the thread. Newbies can sometimes feel a bit shy when they first start, we've all been there.

There is no limit to the amount of members a team can have so when new people arrive they can pick the team they want to join. We try to keep the teams even but it doesn't always work that way. We have 3 teams, FFF, SW Angels and the Weighty Mateys. To join you just go to the team thread and ask to join and the captain will add you.

You can't add an avatar until you have made 20 or 50 posts (not sure which)
