Where can i find points value of most food?

    Quick question...

    Is there a page i can go to that will tell me the points value of most foods??

    Unfortunately theres not :( If you go to classes though Id definitely recommend getting a Shopping Guide. Have you got a calculator

    i dont have a calculator unfortunatly, am off to 1st class tomorrow so will pick up a guide then ...

    hey linds, if you get the monthly pass you get free unline use to esource andyou just type whatever food in and it will give you the points value, the calculator is worth having to x

    i cannot afford or have the time to go to meetings or pay the online thing. All i need is the calculator. I have got the online one up inf ront ofd me but working out what you put in is a bit confusing

    The online calculator isnt very good, its quite inaccurate. Id definitely recommend if nothing else getting a proper calculator. Do you know anyone who goes to meetings who can get one?? You can get them online on the WW site or on ebay.
