Where do i find???

    Can anyone help me in finding the nutritional values for things like fruit, veg, eggs, etc....
    i wouldnt know where to look....
    please help!

    I got a little book in smiths called calorie counter or something like that. Its handbag size and was about £3, has basics like veg, bread so on and so forth, values per 100 and average portion size. Very handy for if you are not in front of the pc.

    i was using that book.... but ive had a few things come up completly different.. so im a little sketchy on what is true....
