Thanks, me too but went there for 2 weeks last summer and put on a stone and 9 lbs in just the two weeks so got to get this diet under control before I go or I'll be in serious trouble! I have 11 weeks to get sorted before I go and I am loving this site. Great to find so many people in the same boat! It's very inspiring!
