Has anyone tried the tesco own version of frylight? I assume its synned as its 2cals per spray instead of one but they had 3 flavours & fixed price £1.50 x

no i might enquire with my consultant what they syn value is xx whats it called x

I don't think it had a name as such, just spray oil!
It was right next to frylight & there was olive oil, sunflower oil & rapeseed oil variants.
It was the first time id seen it too x

Asdas range of Good and counted foods are on special dont know if anyone has tried them yet

The cottage pie is 2.5 syns
chinese chicken curry is 4.5 syns
the chicken, tomato and basil pasta bake is 3 syns

Frylight is £1.50 in Asda and Tesco at the mo and someone said its £1 in Home Bargains.

The Hairy Dieters curry pouches are still £1 in Asda too.

Also if anyone wants new clothes they've got a big sale on I got jeans reduced to £3 a pair. Shoes for £8 and lots of nice things like skirts and tops for £2 to £3 each xxx
