    Morning!

I've realised yougurts & creme freche need to be fat free.

I've been buying tesco's low fat yougurt (plain, for dips & cooking) and helathy living creme freche. I've not see fat free options (apart from the 0% total greek yogurt)

Can I ask you where you buy these things from?

Also, please don't say use quark as it scares me

    Thank-you

I dont think there is a fat free creme freche! They all have syns as far as I am aware. Tesco & Morrisons have virtually fat free fromage frais & yogurt.

I buy all mine from Asda - and they also do a 'half fat' creme fraiche which is on offer at the moment.
