Where to get weighed?

Hi there, hoping I can join WeMITTS please!

Was also wondering if any of you could give me some advice...

I think I weigh in the region of about 28-29 stone - I guess this from counting on from the 24st mark I have on my scales at home. However, I am away from home at uni for a lot of the year and so need some way to weigh myself (preferebly more accurately!). Also I am not registered at a doctors up here so I cannot do it there. Does anyone know of a place where I could either get scales that go high enough or some other way I could weigh myself please?

Salter do scales that weigh up to 31 stone but they cost about £45

I imagine you could find a scale online..ebay or just google it. That's what I do. What's WeMITTS?

Thanks very much. I checked out those Salter scales you were talking about and found them for £12.49!!

Going to head out and get a set tomorrow!

Finally, I should be able to get an accurate reading on how big the mountain is that I have to climb...

Yep, I picked mine up today from Argos:

They weigh up to 200KG (31st 6lb) - Which is lucky for me because i'm heavier than I thought - 29st 8.8lb!

Depressing but motivational...
