my motivation?? anyone seen it hiding somewhere??

I really dont know whats going on with me, I had to move up to 1000 plan for health reasons and was intent on moving back down to 810 now that I am sorted, the big problem is that I just cant get back into it at all. My head 'had' been in the right place but it isnt now. I really think that SS+ ing would be the way to go to remove the rest of the weight but I cant even get onto 810.

I missed my weigh in this week due to not being able to find the time to go, I weighed my self this morning to have a look out of curiosity and I have lost another 2 lbs (i should be pleased, but I really dont seem to care) I am getting lots of positive comments from people who have noticed my weight loss but nothing seems to be motivating me to get to my target. Help!! I am frightened that I will just give up and the inevitable will happen (back to old habits and on goes the weight I have worked so hard to lose)

Don't give up, why are you on here? Because you want to do this!! Be strong and carry on, if you don't feel able to drop to 810 continue on 1000 for now until you are in the right frame of mind to do it, at least you can still try and get some of your weight off whilst doing so.

Debs - you have done so well, you only have a stone to go and it would be such a shame to undo all your hard work.

Like you said you're getting comments, I bet you look fab and feel fab. If you can't go back to 810 (for health reasons) then embrace the 1000 plan and kick butt for the last stone.

thanks girls, after a couple of days of wallowing in self pity I seem to have snapped out of it again, got on the scales this morning (naughty I think as I normally only do the once a week thing) and have lost another 2 lb:eek:s!

Its strange the way that you perceive yourself to be, I was convinced I was putting weight on, I think it must be because of the amount of food you can have on 1000 plan I thought I was eating too much.

Its not a race to lose weight, I know that now, I just wanted to reach goal before I go to a wedding in August. ( i know that wont happen now but I shouldnt be far off.)

Anyways, onwards and downwards.
