Isn't it strange that however much we try to keep to the diet somehow the mojo switch is turned off and we go off track!!

What do I do to get it switched back on? I keep trying and often get to the end of the day before the terrible urge..nay! - determination takes over. It's like I really want to stop myself from losing any more weight just at that particular moment! Then the next day, everything going fine, menu sorted, no distractions, no complications, nothing stressing me out, ..... all I can do is keep my fingers tightly crossed that the switch remains in the ON position!! .... :fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed:

Don't know why that ended up like that but it looks good so I will leave it...!?!

I know the feeling and the only thing I can say is to work treats into your schedule rather than giving in and going on a rampage (I'm guilty lol). Also I find doing a quick spurt of exercise and drinking a glass of water helps a lot if I feel the urge to eat when I know I shouldn't. If there is such a thing as a turn on switch that is the best jolt I can think of. :D
