Which books???

How many books should you get from CDC? what are they and whats the difference? Keep hearing about different colour books. I have got a yellow one with a green box called 'Weight Care with Cambridge' should I have another one?
Started on SS am now doing SS+ may go back to SS, alternatively may go onto 810!!!
