Frylight make two salad dressings - balsamic, and caesar, and both are free (1 cal per spray). Be warned though, they're very garlicky!

I just use a nice balsamic vinegar, can't beat it. My favourite brand is Belazu. You can also add a tsp of extra virgin olive oil for only 2 syns.

    Make ya own init!

    Red wine vinegar
    Dijon mustard (no oil variety)
    lemon juice
    pinch mixed herbs
    1/2 tsp sweetener

beat it up, pour i on.

If I am doing a salad for 4 sometimes I add a tsp honey (1 syn) to make a mustard and honey version.

I used to make a nice one with Hellman's Extra Light mayo and wholegrain mustard mixed together, but that was pre-SW so not sure how many syns. Probably reasonably low though, and goes lovely with cold boiled new potatoes.
