Okay so I'm looking at my allowance (induction) for cream etc and it says 75ml of whipping cream...so is this the same for double cream? Double cream isn't mentioned in my book as far as I can tell (though I think this may be because they call it heavy cream or something in the states?), but loads of people on here use it, like in cheeseburger pie etc...so what's the story?
