and need you lovely lot to help pull me up!

I know SW works and I love it so any newbies reading this please don't listen to me, I just need a good ole moan and to pull my socks up!

Here's my list to remind me of why I'm doing SW, feel free to add to it:

1. I was classified 'obese' by the Nurse and I was mortified, I'm now 'overweight' but one day it would be nice to be 'normal' - whatever that is!
2. I feel so much better carrying less pounds around!
3. Clothes look better on me and I can't wait to buy my new wardrobe
4. I don't break into a sweat doing the lightest exercise anymore!
5. I love cooking and trying new dishes
6. I'm becoming so much healthier and fitter for the future

Hmmm, maybe writing that list was all I needed - will start today afresh, as a newbie, and read my books xxxx

I like to find my favourite pre-SW food/ recipe and then SWify it when I'm feeling a bit stuck, motivates me knowing I can eat my fave food and for it to be lower in fat so I can still lose weight :) (That made so much more sense in my head!)
