This sauce was suggested on a lasagna recipe on the SW USA online site:
- 2 cups/1lb 2oz fat free plain yogurt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 level tbsp grated Parmesan
- a pinch of nutmeg
Serves 4 and the total recipe was 1 syn, which by the looks of it is the parmesan. Haven't tried it though so no idea how it will taste!
