Ok started on my journey in january.Lost 21lb then lost all my will power and put the lot back on + more
I am now 196 lb ( roughly 14 and a half stone)
And my goal weight is 120 ( 9 stone)
dicided today was the day that i will get into shape.
First thing I did 15 minutes on the excersize bike.
salad sandwich for lunch
stirfry for dinner and loads of water in between...am starving.first few days is always so hard
