Who gets away with...

    I did for three weeks it didnt affect my weight loss, although officially I shouldn't of had it. xx

    i have been having it i was told i could haha oops it doesnt make me hungry ... but i only have it when im out and my breth is that bad lolx

    Although be warned:

    1 - Whilst it doesn't make me hungry as such it makes my tummy churny and feel empty and full of air!

    2 - I get obsessed and can't stop chewing it!!! Doh!

    I try to only have it when i'm desparate or going out so don't want to smell!

    i have two pieces per day and 1/2 them! but i also get obsessed and cant stop chewing them.

    Ive chewed it since way back in jan and it never affected me.my cdc said i could have it but only chew for a wee while then get rid of it :)

    Yeah I'd have to echo the others. I would also chew in social situations. I think the only reason we can't have it is because it may induce cravings or make us feel hungry. It doesn't bother me so happy days.

    Just be warned though that it does make the stomach think there is food coming and sets the gastric juices off which can then start eating the stomach lining when food doesn't arrive adn cause an ulcer. I know stomach lining may weigh a few pounds and there maybe the temptation to give it a try lol. But I wouldn't go overboard.
