my weightloss is so slow that i am also looking on it as a lifestyle that will reduce me gradually, rather than thinking short term diet.
it doesn't matter how faithfully i stick to it, how much water i drink, how little alcohol i drink, how much i excercise, i just can't get the fat to shift any faster, but i feel so much better, my shape is changing, my hair skin and nails are better, so it atkins for me, it suits me, and eventually i will be trimmer on it.
