well how are we all doing?

Im ok, only ok....

I forgot the emotional thing with lipotrim, i was so down yesterday evening, it was horrible i needed hugs n i just wanted to cry. Luckily today im back to normal me

Day 4 for me & I feel quite good today, not hungry at all. My husband told me my breath was awful, but I'm sure he wont complain when I'm slim & at least it shows I'm in the ketosis thingy. Anyway, stick with it, its hard at first but I know its gonna be worth it
