You'll probably need to go to a health food or ethnic store although that said my local Tesco stocks it in their 'foreign' ingredients section.

I find it near the cous cous / smash / pulses, usually.

Im the same, only the one that looked like play doh! I tried holland and barrett, a health food shop and asda. Perhaps you can buy it on line?

Fine polenta is free...well according to the SW Four Season Recipe Book it is anyway! I use it to make the Corn Chilli Bread recipe, which was posted some time ago on here.

found mine in larger tesco store but was named cornmeal instead
Is it just called cornmeal or is there different kinds like wholemeal or fine? Thanks

hi. it had medium cornmeal on the packet. hope this helps
Thank you.
I found some this morning in Sainsburys, yay. Not sure if it is the wholemeal one, but not that bothered after all the searching. Looking at the feedback though Im not sure if they will be worth it.

i loved the vanilla ones especially when they were warm. they go bit rubbery after a day or so but pop them in the micro and zap for a few secs and they're yummy again. i found they were a great "cake" fix
