Wholemeal bread roll Q

Hi I have had my HEb today on EE and would like a small (56g) wholemeal bread roll with my tea (sw pulled pork). I'm not sure how many syns to allow for it, or for the oats (to syn one and use the other as HEb). If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. Thanks. Louise.
Edit:should say 35g oats for breakfast were my HEb

A hex a or b is roughly 6 syns and in the magazine it says on a lot of recipes free or add 6 syns if not using xx xx xx xx (ie bread/cheese etc ) as your healthy extra
