I think I read on here somewhere that you can have a wholemeal pitta as a HEXB. But when I checked my book it says 57g of wholemeal bread (not pitta). My book is pretty old so has this changed. Keeping my fingers crossed it had for a new lunch!
That was the case it was a new Heb, but only Asda's own brand, however they had a health and safety issue with them and they were removed from sale and replaced with a different variety.
I am led to believe they are now not classed as a heb.
