Wholemeal Raspberry Muffins

Hi everyone, I have a recipe and wondered if anyone could help me determine the syn values or point me in the direction of advice that can?

2 cups wholemeal self raising flour
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup fresh raspberries

Makes 12

The raspberries would also be synned as they have been cooked. Would be less syns with sweetener instead of sugar too, as sweetener is free.
If you work it out in grams instead of cups etc, the divide it all by 12.
