Wholemeal Rolls

Bit of a daft question, if I have some wholemeal rolls that weigh more than 57g do I count it as 1 HEX and syn the rest as 1 cals = 20 syns?

yes you can 28g is 3 syns so i say 10g extra is 1 syn so if 87g would be 1 HEB plus 3 syns
